Words are no longer enough when it comes to the biggest refugee and humanitarian crisis of our lifetime, a humanitarian activist has said.

Nadia Alawa is the founder and president of NuDay Syria, the US-based non-profit organization working with displaced populations in the war-torn country.

Speaking to Jocelyne Sambira on the margins of the first-ever UN Summit on refugees and migrants, she shared some of the challenges working with refugees.
