So, what do YOU think of the services UN News provides?

UN Affairs

The UN’s multimedia news service has launched a new online survey to get feedback from its readers, listeners and viewers on what you think of our service, and how we can better serve your needs.

Our 4-minute, 12-question anonymous online poll will help us improve your experience on this site for both desktop and mobile, and help us understand what we need to do more of, or less.

The UN News service provides millions of people worldwide with daily multimedia coverage of the UN’s work through breaking news coverage, interviews, in-depth features and much more.

UN NEWS AUDIENCE SURVEY

Our previous survey in 2021 helped gather insights from thousands of users and led to notable upgrades of the UN News multimedia portal.

This month we are asking for more feedback to make further improvements. Let us know how we are doing – what you like and where we might need to step things up.

We were recently announced winners of the UN Secretary-General award 2022 for multilingualism, but we are determined not to rest on our laurels.

We want to enhance our products and services for you, our readers, listeners and viewers. Please take this 4-minute, 12-question online anonymous survey to help UN News serve your information needs better.

The survey is available in all nine languages that our UN News teams work in...Just click on your preference below:
