How food chain changes could help world’s undernourished

What we eat and how we produce it has a major negative impact on health and the environment and it’s high time the problem was addressed, UN-partner the EAT Foundation said on Wednesday.
In advance of the first EAT Asia Pacific Food Forum in Jakarta, Indonesia, the organization’s Dr Gunhild Stordalen said that changes need to be made if we’re to achieve a more sustainable method of food production.
