“Greater allocation” needed for education in humanitarian funding

Education needs a “greater allocation” when it comes to humanitarian funding.
That’s the view of Sarah Brown, Executive Chair of the Global Business Coalition for Education, who’s attending the World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul.
She’s also President of the children’s charity, TheirWorld.
On Monday, she joined her husband, the former British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, for the launch at the summit of the Education Cannot Wait Fund which will aim to reach 30 million boys and girls around the world.
