Transforming agriculture to address challenges such as climate change and growing urban populations are among the topics experts and decision makers will be discussing this week in Rome.

Delegates from more than 190 countries are in the Italian capital for the biannual meeting of the Committee on Agriculture (COAG).

The Committee is one of the governing bodies of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The UN agency works to eliminate hunger and malnutrition and make agriculture, forestry and fisheries more productive.

Sandra Ferrari has been speaking to Committee Secretary, Robert Guei.
