As the conflict continues in Gaza with Israel launching air strikes into the territory and rockets being fired from Hamas into Israel, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has reiterated his call on the parties to stop their attacks.

In fact, Mr. Ban has gone to the Middle East as part of his efforts to work with leaders in the region to de-escalate the conflict.

According to reports, more than 90 Palestinians and three Israelis have been killed in the conflict.
