Just ahead of the Rio+20 conference in June, business leaders will be meeting to discuss how they can add to the forum on sustainable development.

The Global Compact, which is a UN voluntary initiative for responsible corporate citizenship, is hosting “The Rio+20 Corporate Sustainability Forum” from 15-18 June.

The focus of the meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil will be on innovation and collaboration. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former California Governor and current Hollywood actor is lending his star power as an Honorary Chair of the Sustainia initiative, which will be featured at the event.

Julie Walker spoke with Georg Kell, Executive Director of the UN Global Compact, who first explained what it is.
