Fresh start for Somali families displaced by decades of conflict

Over 800 families in Somaliland in the Horn of Africa who were displaced by decades of insecurity are making a fresh start in a newly established community.
Digaale is on the outskirts of Hargeysa, the capital of Somaliland and provides residents with a whole range of services that they have found difficult to access as displaced people.
The move was led, in part, by the UN humanitarian office, OCHA.
