FAO pushes for safer working conditions in forestry sector

Forestry, agriculture and other resource-based industries suffer higher rates of work-related accidents and illnesses than other occupational sectors.

That’s according to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) which is urging Governments and the private sector to improve safety conditions.
