Boutique chocolatier Rhonda Kave, also known as Roni-Sue, loves everything about chocolate, including sharing it with cruise ship travelers in Belize.

She was one of the special visitors at UN Headquarters on Monday attending the Green Fair, to showcase sustainable living.

The Manhattan-based businesswoman shuttles between her downtown chocolate shop and the Toledo district of Southern Belize, where her cacao beans are grown by local farmers.

Roni-Sue told Liz Scaffidi why she had come along to the UN, and showed off some of her tasty but sustainable delights, which proved a big hit with visitors to the fair.
