About 2,000 children are orphaned by Ebola in Liberia

The Ebola outbreak in Liberia has left about 2,000 children without parents, according to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
The West African country has the highest number of fatalities in the region.
UNICEF is appealing to non-governmental organization with expertise around the world to go to the region to help fight the outbreak and give the children the care they need.
