North Korea has categorically rejected a report by the Commission of Inquiry (COI) on human rights in the country, dismissing it as mere “fabrication”.

The report published on 17 March found “systematic and widespread and grave human rights violations” occurring in the country and it also found an array of disturbing crimes against humanity.
