索马里海盗拒放粮食署船只 粮食署宣布与索马里过渡政府达成的协议无效

The World Food Program today expressed its outrage at the Somali pirates’ breaking their promises and refusing to release the WFP’s ship that provided food to the Somali tsunami victims, which they had detained for nearly three months, and had to cancel the agreement between the agency and the Somali Transitional Government on ending the hijacking protocol.

粮食署说，海盗早前与索马里过渡政府和社区领袖达成协议，答应放人放船，让运粮船驶向曼恩港口，并由索马里过渡政府接管粮食。但海盗现在又提出增加赎金，并无视粮食署的最后通牒。粮食署因此不得不宣布，先前与索马里过渡政府达成的关于结束劫持事件的协议全部作废和无效。

粮食署还再次敦促海盗立即释放船员和船只，该署希望索马里的社区领袖、政界人物和社会团体发挥影响力，促使海盗早日放人放船。
