Preliminary findings from a United Nations probe into the gruesome massacre of 160 Congolese Tutsi at a refugee camp in Burundi on 13 August show that fighters from Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) were responsible and not only the Burundian rebels who claimed responsibility at the time, the President of the Security Council said today.
