The United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) today issued an arrest warrant against Branko Djeric, a former Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, the Bosnian Serb-dominated entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to face charges of contempt of court.
