The chief prosecutor of the United Nations tribunal on the former Yugoslavia, Carla Del Ponte, announced today that she would sign new indictments against former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic in October for war crimes in Croatia and Bosnia and for genocide in Bosnia.
