Ukraine accuses Russia of “waging war”

Ukraine has accused Russia of “waging war” after pro-Russian militants took control of government buildings in the east of the country.

It follows a period of unrest which began when the region of Crimea voted to secede from Ukraine and join the Russian Federation.
