A United Nations envoy in Lebanon today held "cordial and friendly" discussions with Lebanese Foreign Minister Mahmoud Hammoud, who received from the UN official a copy of the Secretary-General Kofi Annan's latest report on the UN mission in the country (UNIFIL).
