Tens of thousands in Burundi cut off from vital food aid by fighting – UN

The deteriorating security situation in Burundi is hampering efforts to reach tens of thousands of people in dire need of food assistance after they fled their homes in the face of renewed fighting, arson and looting, the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) said today.
