US city pushes green power on the international stage

For Salt Lake City Mayor Jackie Biskupski, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are parallel to the work she is doing to make her city 100 per cent clean-energy powered, by 2032.  Salt Lake City boasts the first two “net-zero” fire departments in the US and  is currently building the first police department that is 100 per cent renewable-energy driven as well as an energy-neutral international airport.  Mayor Biskupski spoke to UN News's Liz Scaffidi.
