UN legal counsel heading to Cambodia to sign agreement on Khmer Rouge tribunal

The United Nations Legal Counsel, Hans Corell, is leaving for Geneva today before heading to Cambodia, where he is expected to sign an agreement later this week on the establishment of special courts to try the former Khmer Rouge leaders.
