IOM & @Refugees mourn the latest tragedy in the Atlantic with at least 50 people reportedly dead or missing at sea trying to reach Canary Islands. Safe & regular pathways must be accessible & inclusive to save lives of refugees & migrants. Our hearts go out to all those affected.
