Mx. dos Santos is the Managing Attorney at Our Children’s Trust. They currently oversee a legal program that brings climate litigation on behalf of youth in federal and state courts in the United States, and tribunals across the globe.

Prior to joining Our Children’s Trust, they served as the legal director at the ACLU of Oregon and worked on a variety of civil rights issues including LGBT rights, immigration, and criminal justice reform.

Our Children’s Trust is the world’s only non-profit public interest law firm dedicated exclusively to securing the legal rights of youth to a healthy atmosphere and safe climate, based on the best available science.

Mx. dos Santos inspires us to listen to the voices of children, and to use the legal tools available to us to advocate for a right to a healthy environment.
