Weather presenters worldwide are learning how to make climate change cool.

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has been training these experts to better educate the public about extreme weather and its impact on the planet.

Belgian TV weather broadcaster Jill Peeters has been leading the sessions.

This week she is at the latest UN climate change conference in Marrakech, Morocco, to train peers from developing countries.

Ms Peeters told Dianne Penn why these professionals are the ones to best translate complex climate science into everyday language.
