A new innovation in communications technology is connecting people from all over the world, from the United States to Iraq, and from Cuba to Kenya.

Michelle Moghtader is the Co-founder of Shared Studios, the organization behind the project, called Portals.

Ms Moghtader was at UN Headquarters in New York on Monday to unveil the newest Portal, currently located inside the UN.

She’s been speaking with Janie Cangelosi and began by explaining exactly what Portals are.
