When a natural or man-made disaster strikes the priority for children and families alike is to restart school as quickly as possible; that’s according to the civil society organization, A World at School.

It’s one of several thousand participants at the World Humanitarian Summit, which is getting underway in Istanbul, Turkey on Monday.

The summit is aiming to come up with a global plan to make sure millions of children whose education is disrupted get the education they need.
