A Ghana-based initiative is helping young African women to transform their continent.

Since 2009, the Moremi Initiative for Women’s Leadership in Africa has been supporting future politicians, activists and entrepreneurs to bring about positive change and development.

Several of their fellows participated in an intergenerational dialogue held on the sidelines of the latest session of the  UN Commission on the Status of Women.

Dianne Penn asked Moremi Initiative co-founder Mawuli Dake about the need to invest in Africa’s young women.
