Syria’s war has reached another “grim milestone,” as the country marks five years of war, according to the UN refugee agency UNHCR.
An estimated 5 million Syrians have found refuge in neighboring Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq.
UNHCR’s Special Envoy, Angelina Jolie-Pitt spent Tuesday visiting refugees in Lebanon.
