ISIL increasingly recruiting doctors and other professionals

Engineers, doctors, journalists and other specialists from around the world are increasingly being recruited by the terrorist group ISIL, also known as Daesh, which continues to occupy large parts of Iraq and Syria.
That’s according to a UN anti-terrorism body which says ISIL is focusing on getting more qualified people to join its ranks, as opposed to random idealistic youth.
Jean-Paul Laborde heads the Executive Directorate of the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee, which was established by the UN Security Council.
