“ShareTheMeal” and feed Syrian refugee children

Fifty cents—whether in Euro or United States coins—probably won’t buy you much anywhere in the world.

But this relatively small sum can feed a hungry child for an entire day, according to the World Food Programme (WFP).

The UN agency is banking on ShareTheMeal, a new mobile phone application (“app”) to support its school feeding programmes for Syrian refugee children in Jordan.
