People in South Sudan cannot afford a balanced diet and regular meals due to the ongoing fighting in the country, according to the UN food agency.

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) says 4.6 million people are at risk of hunger and some households are surviving on limited food sources.

Sebit William has been speaking to Nyabenyi  Pipo, an assistant representative with FAO.

He asked Ms Pipo about the agency's efforts to stave off hunger and support agriculture in Unity State as well as other conflict-ridden areas of the country.
