Violence in Burundi and the plight of the world’s sea migrants are just two problems that require the international community’s immediate attention, the UN’s top human rights official said Tuesday.

In a break with protocol, Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein’s issued his warning to the Human Rights Council in Geneva as it continues with preparations for its June session.
