Different kinds of family structures have arisen all over the world during the last couple of decades, says a Professor of Law from the University of London.

Fareda Banda was present at a panel discussion on Gender Equality and Children’s Rights at the UN headquarters in New York, USA this Friday.

Cathrine Hasselberg spoke with Ms. Banda and started out by asking her what some of the key issues are that the new families are facing.
