With no end in sight to the conflict in Syria, life as a refugee goes on for millions of people who were forced to flee to neighbouring countries.

In one refugee camp in Lebanon, the art of woodblock printing is being revived.

This traditional fabric printing was once at risk of becoming extinct but with the help of the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) and its partners, this centuries-old technique is being revived to provide livelihoods for refugees and host communities.

Kefah is one of 60 Syrian and Lebanese women that the agency and its partners are training in traditional fabric printing.
