The authorities in a town in South Sudan town have begun mass burials of around 500 people who were killed during recent fighting.

The South Sudanese government has been battling rebel forces since December.

The United Nations says that more than 800,000 people have fled their homes to escape the ongoing conflict.

The burials in Bor are being conducted by the State Relief and Rehabilitation Commission.
