Peace talks on Syria have been continuing in Geneva as government and opposition negotiators resume face-to-face discussions on the future of the conflict-ravaged country.

Over 100,000 people have been killed in the three year civil war.

And around 11 million people are in need of humanitarian aid  in and outside the country.

The two delegations are negotiating in line with a key document, the June 2012 Geneva communiqué, which calls for the establishment of a transitional authority.
