Global leaders are arriving at an international forum in Davos, Switzerland and are being told they have a key role in ending hunger across the planet.

The World Economic Forum has traditionally been a meeting place for the private sector and governments, but it is also an opportunity for international organizations like the United Nations to put its issues on the global agenda.

The World Food Programme is participating for the tenth year and is highlighting the “Zero Hunger Challenge,” the UN Secretary-General’s initiative to end hunger in our lifetime.
