Youth urged to play sport to improve employment opportunities

Young people are being urged by the International Labour Organization (ILO) to engage in sport in order to improve their employment prospects.

There are worldwide, an estimated 75 million young people between the age of 15 and 24 who are jobless.

Matthieu Cognac is the ILO’s youth employment expert based in Bangkok in Thailand.

Daniel Dickinson asked him what the link is between sport and employment.
