Li Bingbing - who is a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme - visited Kenya recently to see at first hand the impact of poaching on the elephant population and the local economy.
A UN study released earlier this year said large-scale seizures of ivory destined for Asia have doubled since 2009 - a trend that wildlife experts say must urgently be reversed.
Bryan Coll joined Li Bingbing on her visit to Kenya’s Samburu National Reserve.
