In his message for UN Day, observed on 24 October, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon states that the United Nations is not just a meeting place for diplomats.

Mr. Ban proved this when he welcomed South Korean pop star PSY to the UN on Tuesday.

Through his song ‘Gangnam Style,’ PSY has become an international sensation and the Secretary-General says the singer could be a force for global good.
