The floods that started in Pakistan nearly a month ago continue to create a humanitarian crisis in the provinces of Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan.

The United Nations humanitarian agency (OCHA) says the floods have affected about five million people and left 1.1 million acres of farmland under water.
