The number of Syrians fleeing to Jordan has doubled over the past week, according to the UN refugee agency (UNHCR).

UNHCR reports more than 10,000 people arrived at its camp in northern Jordan from 21-27 August, compared to 4,500 the previous week.

UN agencies also find that there has been a rise in the number of unaccompanied children crossing the border.

They say reuniting them with their families is like detective work.
