UN Special Envoy heralds key 2019 Climate Change Summit to beat global warming

As thousands of political leaders, advocates and private sector representatives from around the world are gathered in Katowice, Poland, for the COP24 conference, to define concrete guidelines for climate action, one person stands out: Ambassador Luis Alfonso de Alba, who was recently appointed Special Envoy for the Climate Change Summit 2019.  Mr. de Alba spoke with UN News’s Yasmina Guerda.
