UN in Iraq releases new casualty figures for July, civilian deaths high

Over 1,700 Iraqi civilians were killed and close to 2,000 injured in acts of terrorism and violence in July.

These new casualty figures were released by the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) on Friday.
